I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seventeen years of experience in helping individuals, couples and families.  One of my deepest interests is in helping to strengthen and enhance couple relationships.  I am trained in providing premarital or remarital assessments and counseling, and in teaching relationship enhancement skills.  I've served as a consultant to parents and teachers and have led groups for children on issues ranging from adjusting to divorce to dealing with stress and improving self-esteem.  Parent education has been a strong focus of my work as well. 

My professional training and experience are backed up by many years of real life experience, as I have been married, divorced and remarried and have raised two wonderful sons.
